The Lively app on your Android smartphone provides access to the Lively® Urgent Response Team. By connecting the Lively app to your medical alert device via Bluetooth, you can quickly reach out for help in case of an emergency. With just a tap of the Urgent Response button, you will be connected to a certified Urgent Response Agent who can assist you in any situation. Our highly trained agents specialize in providing support when you feel unsafe, unsure of who to call for help, or are experiencing a medical emergency. They will work with you, contact your family or friends if desired, and stay on the line until help arrives.

In addition, the Lively app offers the Nurse On-Call service, where you can speak to a nurse or board-certified doctor anytime, day or night. This service is available with a Premium Health and Safety subscription at no extra cost.

To use the Lively app, an active subscription to the Lively Health & Safety Service is required. If you are already a member, simply download the app and sign in using your cell phone number. This service allows you to obtain prescriptions or refills for common medications over the phone, without the need for an insurance plan or copays. It also works seamlessly with select Apple Watch models to keep you informed and connected to your health.
• Lively Link® app: Loved ones can download the Lively Link app to stay updated on your health and safety. With your permission, they can receive alerts when you call Urgent Response, when your device is running low on battery, and about your daily activities and location.

Registered nurses evaluate medical urgency, provide symptom management or health information, transfer to a physician if appropriate, and schedule appointments.
